YOUR OWN TURF
RECYCLING PLANT

Hi, we are the 100% turfrecycling people, the inventors of the first mobile system that REALLY recycles synthetic grass fields directly on the football pitch! Our systems are called LOKI and THOR and the huge news is that you can own one!
Hi, we are the 100% turfrecycling people, the inventors of the first mobile system that REALLY recycles synthetic grass fields directly on the football pitch! Our systems are called LOKI and THOR and the huge news is that you can own one!
This might sound strange to you, considering that only sports industry giants have been able to invest millions of dollars to build their own infrastructure and recycling company, purchase warehouses, land, handling vehicles, trucks and who knows how many employees they need to accomplish all that.
We wanted to create a revolutionary system, EVERYONE should have the opportunity to be the first to monopolize the synthetic turf recycling market in his own country! Now you can do it without spending millions of dollars or building infrastructures.
Our plants are your solution.
You’ll be able to recycle and reuse perfectly clean and dried materials directly on the new field or resell them to the market!
You may wonder: “Ok, I’m going to reuse most of the material but… what am I going to do with the old carpet?”
That’s a good question. The solution is called MODULE-3, an ethical, ecological and financial way to give value to old empty carpets!
Thanks to us, you won’t buy just a recycling unit, but also our experience and our “technical know-how” about the industry! In two years, you’ll have a return on your investment!

Each solution has the same quality
but different size for different needs
LOKI was designed and built in 3 different sizes for different needs (3, 6 and 9 tons/hour). It works STAND-ALONE with its own generator.
This system was created to move from one field to another and to reuse locally the clean second hand material; it can be also used to move from one storage site to another, such as landfills or places specifically used to store previously dismantled football fields.
After only a 2-hour installation, you can start processing and recycling full rolls, previously rolled up with the appropriate tools.
THOR is a fixed system, designed and built in 4 different sizes for different needs (3-6-8-15 tons/hour).
These plants are designed for those who want to have a fixed recycling station for storage and resale of finished products such as sand, rubber and plastic. THOR is the ideal system for Countries with large influx of seasonal work and where the product can be stored and processed in a collection center.
MODULE-3 is a revolutionary system. The key is simple: we can properly separate fiber from its backing, preventing it from pollution.
This is possible thanks to our fine work: we don’t shred the fiber, we just send the carpet to the Barber Shop!
After the material separation, we wash and dry it making it ready to be pressed in simple and functional fine fiber bales!
What does “light” version mean? If you already have a system that empties the infill from the carpet, you won’t need a full version of LOKI or THOR but a “LIGHT” version.
All you need is our technology to processes the infill, to purify it from pollutants such as plastic, rubber dust, coconut macro-powders and to dry it at 0.5 humidity. After processing to controlled particle size, the perfectly clean material, separated into new sand and rubber, is loaded into the Bigbags.
2021 – A LOKI-6 system was built for the company ALL SPORT RECYCLED, with headquarters in Trondehim, Norway. This company’s goal is to spread the removal and recycle service not only throughout Norway, but in all of Scandinavia.
For customer privacy, we can’t show the name of the company at the moment, but soon we’ll have a new THOR-6 in the family.

2022 – A LOKI-10 system was built for APW Enterprises, LLC, a Connecticut based turf removal and maintenance company, with offices in South Carolina, that services the entire Northeast region of the USA.
Through ART Turf Recycling, and with the purchase of the LOKI-8 system, they are expanding their company as the first mobile turf recycling plant in the USA, to service the ever-growing pile of replaced synthetic turf sports fields that has been desperately waiting for a true recycling process.
ART Turf Recycling will be the first company in the USA that will run a LOKI system, while at the same time, will start a strong and strategic relationship between ART and TFR for the reselling of the 100% TFR system and the technical service in all the USA for third parties.
