WHAT COMPACT INFILL RECYCLER CONSIST OF?
This new recycler has been particularly designed to recycle both sand and rubber through washing, splitting and dewatering systems. Thanks to COMPACT INFILL RECYCLER you can deeply clean the infill with a closed high-pressured water system that reuse the same water for any washing process in order to reduce water consumption and costs.
HOW DOES COMPACT INFILL RECYCLER WORK?
The machine automatically takes the infill to be processed from a storage unit or directly from our EMPTYING MACHINE and starts to clean it through its closed high-pressured water system. The small amount of waste and contaminations become a mud simply manageable as non- hazardous special waste, togheter with stone. The recycler continues to run and separate the sand from the rubber thanks to its patented separator. At the end of the fine separation and dewatering processes, the machine brings out in two different directions both sand and rubber, which will be stored in specific Big bags. Now sand and rubber are ready to be re-used in different industries: the quality of the final product is higher from the product that comes out from our main recycling THOR and LOKI plants, the only three differences from it are:
